TUV NORD RECOMMENDS CWD FOR ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATE MAINTENANCE
Casiguran Water District (CWD) was once again recommended for the maintenance of its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification following a successful Surveillance Audit on April 11, 2025, conducted by TUV NORD, an internationally accredited ISO certifying body.
ISO 9001-2015 or Quality Management System has been in placed at CWD since March 3, 2021, when TUV Nord first handed said Certification after a rigorous review of its processes and procedures and after having determined that it is aligned with international standards.
The TUV Nord conducted the audit through a hybrid modality, which included both face-to-face and virtual assessments led by highly trained auditors Axly Rose Florentino, Amelita Lilibeth Cruz, John Rico David Casibang, and Geraldine Manguiat.
The audit yielded four (4) Comments (CM), one (1) Good Practices (GP), and four (4) Potential for Improvement (PI), with zero Non-Conformities (NC) — a testimony of the District’s adherence to the international standards of delivering services to its clients.
The latest recommendation for continued certification reflects the dedication of CWD’s leadership—headed by Board Chairman Ruiz H. Jersey, General Manager Engr. Eduardo P. Tejada, and ISO Coordinator Ralph Louie H. Rafer—to deliver services aligned with global standards.
Casiguran Water District reaffirms its commitment to continual improvement in the delivery of its product and services—consistently practicing risk-based thinking and embracing a customer-focused mindset, all for the benefit of its valued concessionaires.
