LINE AND PROFILE SURVEY COMPLETED

The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Survey Team completed last April 4, 2020 the Line and Profile Survey for Casiguran Water District. This second phase of the survey that started on March 14 was conducted upon the request of the District to the Hon. Jeci A. Lapus, the amiable LWUA Administrator, ever supportive of water district’s needs.

The first phase of the survey was conducted on March 7 – 19, 2019. The complexities of the existing water system necessitate the conduct of the second phase. The completion of the survey was another testimony of LWUA’s commitment to extend technical support to local water districts.

The completed Line and Profile Survey, available in soft and hard copies, will be of great help not only to the day-to-day operation but also to future expansion and improvements of the existing water system.

The LWUA Team was headed by Jaime M. Rosario and Ramon Peralta. The other members of the team were Edmundo Macalino and Abelardo Aga. They were in Casiguran when Covid-19 pandemic broke out.

The Board of Directors and Management of Casiguran Water District expressed gratitude to Local Water Utilities Administration for another technical support extended.
