CWD Prioritizes Reliability: Seamless Water Connection for Jose Habla Jr.
January 23, 2024: The Casiguran Water District (CWD) thru the Water Resources and Production Section led by Engr. Jomar Venus together with Joselito Dino, Jericson Hila and Michael Rey Hamor successfully executed the relocation of Jose Habla Jr.’s water connection to a dedicated 50mm line at Brgy. Timbayog-Jardin. The decision to relocate the connection stemmed from a thorough monitoring process conducted on January 15, 2024, using the Water Concessionaire Monitoring form. The observed intermittent water supply during peak hours prompted the district to take swift action, ensuring an uninterrupted water flow for the concessionaire.
Jose Habla Jr. was promptly notified of the relocation requirement the following day after the monitoring process, and in a remarkable show of customer-centric service, CWD waived the relocation fee of ₽hp1,050.00 pesos. The district’s commitment to provide seamless and dependable water service was evident in its effort to alleviate the observed issues swiftly and with consideration for the financial impact on the concessionaire.
