In celebration of the successful staging of the regional 2025 BIWADA Team Building and Sportsfest, the Casiguran and Sorsogon City Water Districts’ Board of Directors, Management, and staff gathered for a Victory Party at Audrey’s Resort, Sugod, Bacon, on July 18, 2025.

 

In his opening remarks, SCWD Director Rev. Fr. Philippe A. B. Gallanosa praised the dedication and contributions of the employees during the event. “More than a victory, this is a thanksgiving party for all of you. May your day be full of joy—cheers to more activities this year and in the years to come,” he said.

CWD Director Eduardo T. Frivaldo also acknowledged the contributions of all personnel, stating, “Indeed, the event turned out just as we envisioned and prepared for. Thank you to each one of you for making it a success.”

 

In a testimonial, Ms. Elaine Leith S. Olea, SCWD Utilities/Customer Service Officer A, expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors and especially to General Manager Engr. Eduardo P. Tejada, for their continued support. “This is why we, employees, also continue to give our utmost effort to support our respective agencies,” she shared.

 

The celebration featured simple salo-salo, and employees enjoyed a variety of water-based games and activities.

 

The Victory Party marked a joyful conclusion to a memorable event, emphasizing the strong sense of teamwork and shared achievement.
