On June 4, 2024, the Casiguran Water District’s technical team successfully repaired a leakage in the main transmission line at Sitio Uban, Barangay Inlagadian. The repair involved addressing the leakage of an 8-inch main transmission line to ensure the continuous and efficient flow of water to the community.

 

Text messages via textblast and facebook post were made prior to the repair to ensure proper communication as well as to inform the affected areas regarding the water interruption.

 

The timely intervention by the technical team was crucial in preventing significant water loss and potential service disruptions. The Casiguran Water District remains committed in maintaining the reliability and quality of water services for all its customers.

 

“Our technical team worked diligently to repair the leakage and restore normal water supply,” said Mr. Simeon Haboc, Water Maintenance Head. “We appreciate the patience and cooperation of the residents during the repair process.”
