2019-nCoV: CWD Employees Forum Conducted
On February 10, 2020 a forum was held at the Conference room of the CWD Corporate Building. The forum’s main topic is the talk-about threat on health issues, the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-NcoV).
The forum was initiated by the General Manager Engr. Eduardo P. Tejada and was conducted by the Municipal Health Officer Dra. Epifania P. Hallig together with her associates Mrs. Jocelyn D. Martillana and Ms. Chacha L. Grajo. The management grasps the level of threat that this health issues imposed and is now working towards information dissemination. The management believes that with sufficient knowledge and information, the employees will be equipped and will be enable to do necessary precautions to avoid getting infected as well as their families.
With China’s novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) total infections of 14, 557 globally as of February 2, 2020 ( source: WHO situation Report-13 http://who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/situation-reports/20200202-sitrep-13-ncov-v3.pdf) and death toll rises to more than 900, it is equally important to be more knowledgeable and prepared both mind and body.
Henceforward, the Casiguran Water District with healthy employees will continuously serve its customers both internal and external and will proactively employ its battle cry, “Serbisyong Bulahos Para sa Gabos”
