MAYOR HAMOR APPOINTS NEW MEMBERS OF BOD
The Hon. Jose Edwin B. Hamor, Municipal Mayor of Casiguran, appointed on December 14, 2020 Brian B. Espedido and Mamerto D. Te as members of the Board representing Professional and Educational Sectors respectively.
Mayor Hamor signed the appointments in the presence of GM Eduardo P. Tejada and the two new appointees. The Mayor said that he will be expecting a dedicated and unconditional public service expected from the new members of the board.
Brian B. Espedido is a practicing Mechanical Engineer. He is a graduate of Bicol University. He is presently employed at EEI Corporation as Design and Cost Engineer. He was nominated to the Board of Directors of CWD by the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers to represent Professional Sector. He is a Casiguranon from birth.
Mamerto D. Te is a faculty member of Casiguran Baptist Christian Academy (CBCA). He is a Computer Engineer and a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. He is an educator, sportsman, businessman and even a fisherman. He is also a devout Christian serving as pastor of Baptist Church. He was nominated by CBCA to BOD of CWD to represent Educational Sector.
Engr Brian B. Espedido replaced Avelina A. Ricero; Mamerto D. Te replaced Eduardo M. Lopos. The new members of the Board come with an impressive credentials. They are expected to carry-on the cudgels and continue to represent their respective sectors to the BOD of CWD.
